At Mystery Pokemon, we want you to be completely satisfied with your trainer-inspired fashion; if your gear doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Log into our returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the unworn apparel in its original packaging, ensuring all tags are still attached and the item is in its original condition.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange size within 5-7 business days.
